OSHC and Vacation Care in Tumut: What Families Need to Know

Children engaged in creative indoor crafts at a community centre

If you're a parent or carer in Tumut or the Riverina district, it helps to have childcare options that fit around school and work. At the Tumut & District Neighbourhood Centre, our Outside School Hours Care and Vacation Care programme supports local families with care for children aged 5–12 in a welcoming community setting.

We’ve been supporting local families since 1979, and our programme is designed to give you a practical option for before school, after school and NSW school holiday care in the heart of town. Whether you're exploring care for the first time or looking for the key details in one place, here’s what families need to know.

Care for children aged 5–12

Our OSHC and Vacation Care programme is for children aged 5–12.

This age group helps us provide care that suits primary school-aged children while giving them the chance to connect with peers in a friendly and supervised environment.
